At Gulabbo Kurtis we have a very customer friendly policy to make your purchase hassle free and hassle free. Please feel free to contact us anytime before or after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage you to read the following terms and conditions before purchasing.

Before confirming your order, ask as many questions as you like, such as fabric type, design, measurements, or anything else to help you decide.We will be happy to answer and help you with your order. We require proper video unboxing for the products.

We do not accept exchanges for slight change of colors or shade. There may be 10-15% color difference due to screen resolution and lighting effect during time on shooting the footage.

We cannot accept exchanges if you do not like the material or color of the ordered product. Because we use the highest quality materials on the market and all product details are in the product description. We recommend that you read all details before ordering. 

We cannot accept exchanges due to reasons such as a sudden change of heart after placing an order.

Exchange due to size issue

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, we are happy to help you find the right size. If you still have size issues after receiving the product, please email us at within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue. Our team supports everyone on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot guarantee exchanges as they depend on the size availability of the design at the time. Will incur an additional charge of INR 150.

Please note that discounted items cannot be exchanged for size!



Our QC team carefully inspects every costume before shipping, so it is very unlikely that you will receive damaged/defective or wrong products. However, in the rare event that such a problem occurs, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. Please email us at within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include the video and images at the time of unboxing of product and details of the issue you are facing. All returns are subject to our verification. Once your return request has been received and validated, we will notify you of the approval or denial (with justification). Once approved, we will arrange your return and ship you a replacement of the same product if possible. If not available, we will provide a credit note of equal value. The issued voucher will be valid for 100 days from order initiation date.

Please note that orders from overseas are not eligible for returns.
